The FCP Non-Programmable and FCP 7-Day Programmable Fan Coil Unit (FCU) or Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Unit (PTAC) Thermostats provide simple to-use control of 2-pipe or 4-pipe FCU or PTAC. These thermostats provide on/off control, up to three speeds of fan control, and dry contact unoccupied or occupied control. Use the thermostats as stand-alone devices in commercial buildings, such as schools, offices, and hotels, and to provide access to parameters such as system mode, fan mode, and temperature setpoints.

Flexible Compatibility

It supports 2‑pipe and 4‑pipe FCUs, conventional PTACs, and heat‑pump PTACs with or without auxiliary heat, offering on/off control plus dry‑contact occupied or unoccupied modes. 

Advanced Scheduling

With up to six programmable periods per day over a full 7‑day schedule, technicians can tailor heating and cooling cycles to exact occupancy patterns for maximum comfort and efficiency. 

Intuitive Display & Operation

The white LED backlit LCD display provides clear visibility in any lighting condition, and the intuitive button interface makes adjusting setpoints and modes quick and error‑free. 

Battery Backup

A built‑in lithium coin‑cell battery ensures a minimum 48 hours of real‑time‑clock backup, preserving your programmed schedule during short power outages.

Quick Installation

This thermostat ships with pre‑installed lead wires, four mounting screws, one lock screw, a trim plate, and a wire label—so you can complete most installations in minutes.
