It supports epidemic control ventilation—flooding unoccupied spaces with outdoor air to reduce pathogens in line with ASHRAE guidelines—alongside occupancy‑based ventilation and demand‑controlled ventilation with CO₂ sensors for optimal indoor air quality. Compatible with rooftop units, heat pumps, fan coils, VAV systems, and cabinet heaters, it delivers up to 30% energy savings through programmable scheduling and built‑in occupancy sensing.
