Powerful Expanding Foam Action

The Blackhawk aerosol produces a thick expanding foam that penetrates deep between coil fins to liquefy and lift grease, grime, and oily residues. Moreover, its formulation ensures fast cleaning without manual scrubbing.

Safe & Food-Processing Approved

Blackhawk is non-fuming, biodegradable, and metal/plastic safe, making it ideal for food processing, restaurant, and commercial kitchen environments. Additionally, it carries NSF-L1 certification for condensate line use. 

Non-Rinse for Evaporators; Rinseable for Condensers

For evaporator coils, simply apply and allow condensate to rinse residues away. For condenser coils, spray, wait a few minutes for foam action, then lightly rinse with water for optimal results.

Versatile Applications

This cleaner is suited for window air conditioners, PTAC units, walk-in coolers, condensate pans, and washable filters. It also works on exhaust hoods and other metal surfaces.

Directions

  1. Turn off or disconnect power to unit being serviced.
  2. Remove any heavy or matted soils that can be easily dislodged by hand.
  3. Do not spray into electrical components.
  4. Shake well before using.
  5. Remove cap and point toward surface to be cleaned.

Condensers: Inject cleaner into the coil. Blackhawk’s expanding foam will penetrate throughout the coil. Wait a few minutes for foam to liquefy and remove grease and grime within coil. Rinse with water. For stubborn or heavy deposits, repeat applications may be necessary. Evaporators: Introduce cleaner into coil, it is not necessary to rinse — the condensate will rinse the coil.
