Evap-Fresh is a ready-to-use, non-abrasive, one-step cleaner and disinfectant for evaporator coils in small air conditioners, commercial air handling equipment, HVAC cooling coils and refrigeration equipment. COOLING COILS DISINFECTANT CLEANER: This product is a disinfectant cleaner for small air conditioner cooling coils and refrigeration equipment, refrigerator, or freezer evaporative coils. When using this product to disinfect and clean cooling coils or evaporative coils, disconnect power to the unit before applying product. Follow the directions under the DISINFECTION, DEODORIZATION AND CLEANING section.

DISINFECTION, DEODORIZATION AND CLEANING: Shake can before use. Hold container six to eight inches from surface to be treated. Spray area until it is covered with white foam. Allow foam to penetrate and remain wet for 10 minutes. No scrubbing is necessary. Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop or sponge. This product will not leave grit or soap scum. For heavily soiled areas, a pre-cleaning step is required before treatment. When used in food processing establishments, cover or remove all food and packaging materials, remove all gross soils, saturate all surfaces with the spray product, scrub to loosen all soils, allow to soak for 10 minutes, thoroughly rinse all wetted and cleaned surfaces with potable water.

MILDEWSTAT: To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces, spray surface to be treated making sure to wet completely. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth appears.

BACTERICIDAL ACTIVITY: When used as directed, this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity against the organisms: Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and meets AOAC Germicidal Spray Products Test requirements for hospital disinfectants. Efficacy tests have demonstrated that this product is an effective bactericide in the presence of organic soil (5% blood serum).

FUNGICIDAL ACTIVITY: This product is fungicidal against the pathogenic fungi, Trichophyton mentagrophytes (Athlete’s Foot Fungus) (a cause of ringworm) (a cause of ringworm of the foot), when used as directed on hard surfaces found in bathrooms, shower stalls, locker rooms, or other clean, non-porous, hard surfaces commonly contacted by bare feet.
