NU-CALGON 4074-0 Sprayer Coil Gun

Durable Polyethylene Construction

The No. 50P Poly Sprayer Coil Gun is molded from high-density polyethylene for maximum chemical resistance. Moreover, its 2-quart (3 pt) tank stands up to acid-based coil cleaners without cracking.

Versatile Mix Ratios & Nozzle

It features five preset mixing ratios (3:1, 4:1, 6:1, 9:1 & 10:1) that blend chemical and water automatically as you spray. In addition, the adjustable nozzle shifts from a solid stream to a fine mist.

Built-In Pump & Quick-Disconnect

A 7″ polyethylene pump pressurizes the tank in under 20 strokes, delivering up to 50 psi of spray pressure. Furthermore, the quick-disconnect coupler lets you attach the optional 90° Coil Gun Probe for hard-to-reach areas. 

Foam Wand Enhancement

The included foam wand enhances cleaning by generating thick foam that clings to coil surfaces. As a result, cleaners like CalClean® and Alka-Brite® Plus penetrate grime more effectively.

For spraying coil cleaners such as Nu-Brite®, CalClean®, HD CalClean®, Alka-Brite® Plus, Tri-Pow’r® HD or any of the other quality Nu-Calgon coil cleaners for cleaning air cooled condensers, evaporator coils, etc. No pre-mixing is necessary as chemical and water are automatically blended in mixing head as you spray. Use for coil cleaning as well as in food preparation areas, washrooms, or any situation where use of water-diluted chemicals are required. Recommended water pressure 40 to 60 psi, although 40-90 is acceptable. The Coil Gun Probe provides easy access for “inside out” cleaning of coils. Probe sold separately.

Directions

  1. Connect water supply hose to pistol grip shut-off-valve handle. Remove and fill bottle with liquid chemical concentrate.
  2. CAUTION: To prevent chemical loss from bottle out of air vent hole in mixing head, sprayer must remain in upright position at all times.
  3. Turn dial to desired mixing rate letter to siphon chemical at the specific ratio. This will automatically mix chemical with water at the factory pre-set dilution rate selected on dial. Pistol grip shut-off-valve lever must be fully depressed for accurate mixing.
  4. Also, use the Deflector Tip for covering large areas and remove it for a solid stream that will carry up to 25 feet. Use the foam wand for enhanced foam application.
  5. For a powerful clear water rinse, remove handle from siphon head and use as an insulated water nozzle.
  6. Pull back snap ring on female quick coupler to detach or reattach handle to mixing head. For a more gentle rinse without removing handle, move dial to off setting.
  7. IMPORTANT NOTE: Handle supplied with gun contains an anti-siphon to protect water supply from accidental chemical contamination. (Note: A slight discharge of water from base of handle when water is turned off is normal and indicates anti-siphon is functioning properly.)
  8. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER HANDLE WITH THIS SPRAYER. If replacement is needed, a handle with anti-siphon installed should be obtained from your supplier.
  9. Also, use the Deflector Tip for covering large areas, and remove it for a solid stream that will carry up to 25 feet. Use the foam wand for enhanced foam application.
